How long does the publishing process take?
The timeline varies by package. Typically, our Essentials package takes 4-6 weeks, while our Elite Publication concierge service can take 4-6 months to ensure every artisanal detail is perfected.
Do I retain full rights to my work?
Yes, absolutely. At First Page Publishing, we believe in creative freedom. You retain 100% of the intellectual property rights and royalties for your manuscript.
What distribution channels do you cover?

Refund and Cancellation
Cancellation of Services
Authors may request cancellation of their services before production or substantive work on the project has commenced. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
If cancellation is requested after production or project work has commenced, First Page may deduct the reasonable value of services already performed and expenses already incurred. Any remaining eligible balance will be reviewed for refund in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed based on the status of the project, services performed, and costs incurred at the time the request is received.
If applicable, a partial refund may be issued for services that have not yet been performed and for which no corresponding costs or obligations have been incurred.
Completed or delivered custom materials and services, including but not limited to book cover designs, illustrations, interior layouts, editing, formatting, and other creative or production work, are generally non-refundable once the work has been completed and delivered to the Author.
Non-refundable fees and Third Party Expenses
Certain fees may be non-refundable due to the nature of the services or expenses involved. These may include, but are not limited to:

Initial deposits or administrative fees;

Processing fees;

ISBN registration or acquisition fees;

Library of Congress registration fees;

Printing and proofing costs;
-
Distribution or fulfillment fees; and
-
Other third-party services or expenses that have already been purchased, ordered, or incurred on behalf of the Author.
Once a third-party service has been ordered or initiated, the corresponding fee may not be refundable, regardless of whether the Author subsequently cancels the project.
